I love love love spring. After the rain falls here in California, the green comes out with a vengeance. The flowers pop out of nowhere, the grass turns an intense shade of green that contrasts so nicely with the gorgeous blue skies and fluffy clouds. My family has been taking jogs together recently and we have been taking the kids in the double jogger out for some off road fun.
As soon as the pavement ends, there are some beautiful hard packed trails that we started off on. I am so lucky to have this greenbelt right behind my neighborhood.
We kept walking once the path ended through the tall grass to get to some beautiful trees. I really wanted to get pictures of Grant, but he was much more interested in playing with the grass!
I did manage to get just a few!
I even got a few of the boys together. Even though Evan has Grant in a headlock, and Grant looks pretty grumpy, I still love them!
And I love, love the way they are both looking at each other here!
I also have to throw a shout out to my assistant. I only bring him along as the baby wrangler and eye candy for me 
The sun started setting and it was time to go home for dinner!
