My robot and his spaceship!

Halloween is one of my favorite times of the year for photographs.  I get to dress up my kids and take silly pictures of them! I took Evan down to the park to get these shots of him and his spaceship!

And the costume has come out!

Evan has been excited for Halloween, oh for about 2 months now?  He would look through countless catalogs and point out everything he wanted to be for Halloween.  It ranged from a witch to a sandwich and even a watermelon.  I finally helped him decide on being a robot.  It’s all about robots these days.  He has a robot shirt seen here, robot sheets as you can see below, and now he is the robot! He loves to wear the costume and proclaim, “I am robot Evan!”  Can you picture his silly monotone robot voice? It’s too cute!

The light pouring in from his window here looked to me like his spaceship was coming to beam him up!

My favorite of the bunch, Evan and his lovie – Freddie, bouncing and having a great time.  It’s a very special treat to get to jump on your bed you know!

And last but not least, my little robot is already perfecting the art of eye rolling. (Insert eye roll of my own here!)

Photos of him in his full costume to come!

Hot Momma Part 2 | roseville maternity photographer

Jess and I got together for part 2 of her photography mega session!

I dragged her out to the open fields near the airport at sunset to get these images.

My absolute favorite is this:

I feel like she looks like such a classic beauty here, and the unique dusky sky really makes her glow!

Savoring those last few moments of light.

S’more Amelia

I finally finished proofing little Amelia and company, and found some that I love love and had to share!

I don’t know what it is about this one, but it reminds me of the innocence of childhood.

Gotta love her Chuck’s!

And look how sweet the two of them are!

Pumpkin Patch 2008

We took a trip to the pumpkin patch this weekend for pumpkins, hay rides, and some Fall family fun.  Instead we ate junkfood, came home without pumpkins, and roasted in the 80 degree weather!  We still had a blast though, and I am sure our pumpkins will be coming from the grocery store this year! Here are a few snaps I took to remember our trip this year.
